Ask me anything
January 17, 2012: Love Fade By Tamaryn.
It’s no secret that I don’t listen to a whole lot of new music. I’m still discovering so many incredible things from 30, 40, 50 years ago on a daily basis that I haven’t paid much attention to the current scene. But once in a while something modern comes along that sparks my interest. This captivating band from San Francisco is one of them. They’ve taken some of the best elements of the 90s— shoegaze, moody female rockers (i.e. PJ Harvey, Courtney Love, Mazzy Star)—and put their own gorgeous spin on it that makes their record worth checking out instead of busting out So Tonight That I Might See for the billionth time.
