Ask me anything
November 10, 2012: Imaginary Girl by David Lynch.
I just rewatched Mulholland Drive last night, man, that one is a doozy. Here’s some Lynch to set the mood for this cold fall day.

October 8, 2012: Laura Palmer by Vum.
New single from my fave L.A. band, Vum. The 7” is out tomorrow! http://vummusic.bandcamp.com.

June 24, 2012: Rockin’ Back Inside My Heart by Julee Cruise.
Holy crap, it’s been so long since my last post, I apologize! I’ve been super busy the past two weeks—oh, who am I kidding? I’ve been holed up in my apartment watching Twin Peaks. Speaking of David Lynch’s cult classic television show, Julee Cruise is a dream pop singer best known for her songs featured on Twin Peaks, including the theme song. “Rockin’ Back Inside My Heart” was featured prominently in the long-anticipated Twin Peaks episode in which the killer of Laura Palmer was finally revealed.

April 2, 2012: Ghost of Love by David Lynch.
Acclaimed filmmaker and musician David Lynch recently released his debut solo album and has been causing a stir with the video for his new single, “Crazy Clown Time,” but my favorite Lynch (musical) release is probably his 2007 single Ghost of Love, which features an equally good b-side, “Imaginary Girl,” that I highly recommend checking out as well. Not familiar with Lynch’s work? For god’s sake, go rent Twin Peaks immediately!
